Terms and Conditions, Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Welcome to Soul Tribe Academy (agency.soultribeacademy.co.za). By accessing or utilising our platform, services, software programs, or training courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. General Terms & Services Offered

Soul Tribe Academy provides digital software solutions, educational programs, and technical consulting services. All services are governed by South African commercial law and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) 68 of 2008.

2. Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

Since our services consist of digital software, online training modules, technical consulting, and educational courses:

• Immediate digital delivery: access to online course portals, digital materials, software platforms, or dashboard credentials is granted immediately or within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation via Payfast.
• Service confirmation: upon completed payment, an automated receipt and access confirmation email will be dispatched to the email address registered during checkout.
• Consulting & implementation services: structured implementation schedules and milestones will be confirmed in writing within 1 to 2 business days following initial retainer or invoice settlement.
• AI Voice Agency services: AI Voice Agency services, custom AI phone agent deployments, voice workflows, and API dashboard access are delivered digitally. Setup and configuration commence upon invoice settlement, with access to the voice management platform granted within 24 to 48 hours.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Subscriptions & recurring payments: clients on monthly recurring subscription plans may cancel their subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellations must be initiated via customer account settings or by written notice to info@soultribeacademy.co.za at least 5 business days before the next renewal date.
• Course & service cancellations: course registrations or consulting packages may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase, provided the digital content or live sessions have not been accessed or consumed.

4. Refund Policy

In compliance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA):

• Cooling-off period: clients are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period from the payment date if no digital learning materials, software keys, or live instruction sessions have been accessed or downloaded.
• Non-refundable items: once digital course modules have been accessed, completed, or custom technical development work has commenced, fee payments become non-refundable. Similarly, AI voice agent setup fees are non-refundable once custom agent configuration has commenced, due to server infrastructure costs and telecommunications carrier fees incurred during AI voice model training and setup.
• Monthly retainers: monthly subscription retainers may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.
• Refund process: approved refunds will be processed via Payfast back to the original credit/debit card or bank account used at checkout within 7 to 10 business days.

5. Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency

The merchant outlet country for all transactions processed on this site is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
